From the NAI we walk through the park, alongside the gorgeous Museum Boijmans van Beuningen,

 

then across this bridge,

 

and a little bit more until the Kunsthal comes into full view:

 

Rem Koolhaas, the mind behind the fantastic Prada stores in NYC and Los Angeles as well as the Guggenheim Hermitage Museum in Vegas, designed the Kunsthal Rotterdam. Multi-media and multi-cultural exhibits are held in this incredible space throughout the year.

 

Yes, that’s a dude on the roof:

 

And on the other side of the building, there’s another dude with a camel:

 

But that’s not all, there are also a pair of legs

 

and (un)smiley faces…

 

just in case we’re taking architecture too seriously.
